Hello from sunny Spain! This site is for people who would like to cook and perhaps try some baking. A couple of things are important for baking, accurate measurement of ingredients, oven temperature and timing. It helps if you are patient, especially with yeasted doughs, but they are not as difficult as you may expect! Have a go and impress yourself and anyone else who happens to drop by!
