Old fashioned favourite, otherwise known as fly biscuits!

Pre heat oven to 200 c

  1. Rub fat into flour, salt and sugar
  2. Add fruit and enough milk to make a stiff dough
  3. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick
  4. Cut into oblongs 2 x 1 inch
  5. Bake on greased baking sheets for 10 -15 min until golden brown
  6. Cool on wire rack
